Question 1

Is this safe for young infants?

Accepted Answer

SlumberPlan is built so that guidance follows NHS and The Lullaby Trust safer-sleep principles. A safety layer checks each reply and age-gates advice. We cover ages 4 months to 6 years. For infants under 4 months, we don't currently offer plans because safer sleep at that stage is less about schedules and more about biological development. We'll tell you this clearly and not take your money.

Question 2

What if it doesn't work for my child?

Accepted Answer

Sleep support isn't magic: it requires consistency and a child without an underlying medical issue. If you don't see meaningful improvement, we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. The 24/7 WhatsApp chat is exactly how you adapt when something isn't working. Use it.

Question 3

Is my data private? Who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Your questionnaire data and message history are encrypted in transit and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties, full stop. Your answers are used to build your plan. Your messages aren't read by people except where necessary to operate, support, or debug the service, and never for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Question 4

Can I talk to a real person?

Accepted Answer

SlumberPlan is an AI service, so there isn't a human consultant behind the chat. SlumberPlan knows its limits. If something you describe sounds like it needs a doctor rather than sleep advice, it will tell you so clearly and point you to the right help, including your doctor or health visitor. Some situations need a medical professional, and we won't pretend to be one.

Question 5

Is this a real person or AI?

Accepted Answer

SlumberPlan's chat is AI-powered, built on gentle, research-backed methods and calibrated to your child's profile. That's what makes 24/7 instant answers possible. It is not a human consultant. If something you describe sounds like it needs a doctor rather than sleep advice, it will tell you so clearly and point you to the right help.

Question 6

What ages does SlumberPlan cover?

Accepted Answer

4 months to 6 years, up to your child's 7th birthday. The plan is calibrated to your child's specific age in months because sleep science changes significantly across this window: a plan for a 6-month-old looks nothing like one for a 5-year-old.

Question 7

Can both parents use SlumberPlan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The account owner can invite their partner from Settings. Your partner gets their own login and their own WhatsApp line to the same sleep support, and you both see one shared picture: the same routine, the same diary, the same conversation history. Whoever was up at 2am can log the night, and neither of you ever repeats yourselves.

Question 8

Is there a refund if it doesn't work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us at hello@slumberplan.com and we'll refund you in full. We'd rather earn your trust than keep your money.

Question 9

How is this different from hiring a sleep consultant?

Accepted Answer

A consultant brings human judgement for a set support window; SlumberPlan is AI support that stays on WhatsApp every night for £37 a month. We wrote an honest comparison of the two, including when a consultant is genuinely the better call: Do You Need a Sleep Consultant?
